As I understand it, it's more important to comply with those guidelines than to achieve silence from rpmlint.
GPLv2 without an "or later" appears in that table with short name "GPLv2"
So I believe the value of the license tag should be: License: MIT and (MIT or GPLv2) and that you should add a comment to the specfile spelling out the situation as discussed above in comment #12.
