A very minor thing, but if this package is intended to work on EL5, making the
doc subpackage noarch only on Fedora and EL >= 6 would be good.  E.g.:

%package doc
  Summary: Documentation for %{name}
  Group: Documentation
  Requires: %{name} = %{version}-%{release}
  %if 0%{?fedora} || 0%{?rhel} >= 6
  BuildArch: noarch
