what is the justification of a static only library ?
How would someone with a built application handle a security update without
having to rebuild ?

I looked at the upstream testing, it is broken beyond being v8 specific.
It would be good if that could be fixed since looking at pseudo arm assembly is
beyond most people.

There is a cmake build option, why not use that ?
