Unfortunately it still does not build in rawhide / amd64: ... gcc -shared -o libotcl.so otcl.o /usr/bin/ld: otcl.o: relocation R_X86_64_PC32 against symbol `OTclAsObject' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC /usr/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status Makefile:102: recipe for target 'libotcl.so' failed make: *** [libotcl.so] Error 1
It builds and runs fine on i386 though.
Regarding the license: there's a standard MIT license in file headers. So for simplicity you can use License: MIT.
I think the packaging is OK, apart from the build issue.
