Hi Jim,

I tried a few approaches:
- Re-install the signal handlers after globus is initialized
- Hook the OpenSSH signal handlers into the globus callback system.

No dice on either.  Can you take a whack at it for me?  Maybe you'll see
something I missed.  We still very much desire it!
