--- Comment #43 from Dave Malcolm dmalcolm@redhat.com 2010-12-21 17:20:51 EST --- pypy-1.4.1 was released earlier today, so I've updated pypy.spec to use that
Updated spec file is here (as before): http://fedorapeople.org/~dmalcolm/python-packaging/pypy.spec
(I also copied in a patch we apply to the 2.7 stdlib in our cpython "python" src.rpm to the 2.5 stdlib in pypy, fixing one of the selftests)
SRPM: http://fedorapeople.org/~dmalcolm/python-packaging/pypy-1.4.1-1.fc13.src.rpm
Changes to spec file:
http://fedorapeople.org/~dmalcolm/python-packaging/pypy-from-1.4-4-to-1.4.1-...
Successful scratch build: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2681960
Some minor glitches lead to new rpmlint warnings:
pypy-libs.i686: E: backup-file-in-package /usr/share/pypy-1.4.1/lib-python/2.5.2/test/test_commands.py.orig
Somehow this is coming from my new patch above
pypy-libs.i686: E: version-control-internal-file /usr/share/pypy-1.4.1/lib_pypy/pyrepl/.svn/all-wcprops
and again, for numerous other .svn directories. These appeared in the 1.4.1 tarball; I've mentioned them upstream as: https://codespeak.net/issue/pypy-dev/issue612
along with the pre-existing:
W: spurious-executable-perm /usr/share/doc/pypy-libs-1.4.1/demo/bpnn.py
My plan: - fix the above rpmlint issues - add a %check - fix the sys.path issue reported in comment #26 (I see this too, when using the scratch builds)
