Hi Joerg, I see two issues
- the tar.gz archive bundled with the srpm doesn't match the one you get from
github from the Source0 URL (via spectool -g libzpc.spec). Looks like the
bundled version contains the complete archive of a local libzpc checkout.
- there is no %files section for the static library
