ypbind init script patch

I decided to look at init script and fix it to be compliant with
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/SysVInitScript

(Well, main motion to do this was
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=467861).

I think it should be fine, but just for sanity, please check it too. Thanks.
