Hi Mohamed,
I did not made a noarch package because of the pc file that is installed in
%{_libdir}/pkgconfig

About the devel package : I was not sure if I had to do it. I thought it was
"cleaner", but if it's useless, I'll revert the changes and provide only one
package.
