Perhaps we misunderstand eachother.

What I've tried to point out in comment 7 is that the packaging is broken (at
least highly questionable). Think about the two questions in that comment. I'm
not a Tcl expert, but as a hint: Placing a runtime shared lib in a -devel
package is wrong.

Let's not follow packaging guidelines blindly, but aim at packaging this thing
correctly.
