I took the "EXPORT LAWS" clause to be separate from the BSD license. Hmm. Not
sure what do make of that. I see you made this Bug block 182235, can we expect
a response there? I'm not sure how this works. We inherited all of this stuff
when we spun out from Intel and I'm assuming no one ever noticed because this
stuff has been in distros for years.
