I'm sorry, I missed notification of your previous post somehow. I think this
plasmoid is now superseded by "system load viewer" applet which is part of
kdeplasma-addons. Actually, "system_status_ng" is a port of the "system load
viever" but according to changelog[1] change of appearance was backported to
"system load viewer".
