But it looks to me that the current Cmake project file is able to build either
a shared lib or a static lib, but not both. I suggest to remove all the
sections for the static lib from the spec file, so we can finish the review.
Ignore the spec file in libzpc project and make the change "locally" only.

rpmbuild -ba libzpc.spec fails with
