Not sure how to get rid of these debuginfo-without-sources message.
This is most likely because you are not using the proper rpm optflags. Please take a look at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Debuginfo and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Compiler_flags
