Select any from packaging guidelines. May be your version was good for older packages, current guidelines requires to select one of these on BuildRoot_tag page.

So you have to fix only:
- license
- source url path
- buildroot
New versions at the same place: Spec URL: ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/test/fedora/9/buffer.spec SRPM URL: ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/test/fedora/9/buffer-1.19-1.fc9.src.rpm
