Yes, I am well into making all the changes, including unbundling jquery, the
fonts, and pysignals.

pysignals lives on pypi, so I anticipate that to be an easy review:

I fixed the runtime crash pn python 3.9. Patch submitted upstream:

I don't expect to get everything quite done today (juggling between this and
