- "The /etc/ directory is reserved for configuration files that are local to the machine" on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/14/html/Storage_Administration_G... - "Don’t use %config or %config(noreplace) under /usr. /usr is deemed to not contain configuration files in Fedora" on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/
