Description: This is in essence the same package that is packaged for Fedora
(but not in EPEL). I added a requirement for an MTA (since smokeping errors if
you don't have one).

The smokeping maintainer (terjeros) said: "I don't maintain EPEL packages,
sorry."

This is where my co-maintainer (Edmund Wong) and myself are jumping in.
