Well,
- Now libjnidispatch.so is out of jar file, the explicit
  "Requires: libffi" should be removed.
- "BuildRequires: pkgconfig" should be removed. If this is needed,
   libffi-devel should have "Requires: pkgconfig" and actually
   libffi-devel correctly requires pkgconfig.
