------- Additional Comments From paul_kunz@slac.stanford.edu 2007-07-12 17:00 EST ------- The offending generated config.h file is no longer installed. I eliminated the need to include this file by other header files in all but a few cases and only one of them might need to be included by a user of the library. For that one, which declares a C++ base class, I found no other alternative than to document that the user needs to create his own config.h file that can be included.
