Hmm, maybe I'm wrong about it being an application after all.  These are the
only main functions I find:

./jcuber-4.3.2/test/test10.0/cube_test10.java:  public static void
main(String[] args)
./jcuber-4.3.2/examples/jcuber/jcuber_example.java:    public static void
main(String[] args)
