In regards to file: painless-password-rotation.noarch: E: non-readable /etc/sysconfig/vault-rotate 600 This is intentionally set to 0600 since it is meant to store a token that the API uses to communicate with the Vault Server The token should only be accessed by the root user to avoid misuse and potential sealing of the server; brute force attempts.
