Same here also

1) BuildRequire for gcc is not needed see

2) Requires: glibc is not needed as well

3) in %install section you don't need following as its automatically get
cleaned
rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT

4) you don't need now to specify
%defattr(-,root,root,-)
