Yup. docs subpackage is much cleaner.

Thanks for the help on the emacs stuff.

Here's the new files:

- Created docs subpackage
- Moved all pdf docs and examples into docs subpackage
- Removed Requires clips from xclips
- Added emacs mode to clips package
