I'm sure I typed in qt-devel when you first mentioned it. It got lost somehow. I'v moved the Requires: to the right place and added the missing one. replaced "/usr" with "%{_prefix}".
Thanks for the graphviz-gd fix, I've put it in but can't test it.
Fixed the e-mail address in latest changelog entry.
upstream sources Makefile install target fixed so documentation built only if needed.
