Retired Fedora packages (rawhide branch retired) require a re-review if they are retired for more than eight weeks or if there is no previous review of the package.
It looks like this package was retired only 14 days ago, and it was a compat package for embree, which was originally reviewed in bug 1364618. You should be able to unretire it without re-review.
