That's the source RPM and that will be rebuild from the git. My umask setting
is just too strict and the downloaded source tarball has permissions 640
instead of expected 644. Changing the permissions and rebuilding the source RPM
fixes the warning. And if you take a look at the source RPMS built in copr, the
warning is not emitted.
