Thanks for the extensive review, I have tried to address most of the issues and
pushed the new version to pagure

However, concerning this:

I'd prefer not to change the package's name, as it is widely known as bear (it
is recommended frequently when working with clang-tooling) and most other
distribution package it under its upstream name.
