1) enable koschei tracking once available:

2) add @python-sig group to:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-patiencediff/addgroup
3) add/edit the upstream package to/at https://release-monitoring.org/ and pair
it with Fedora's python-patiencediff package
