Remove following lines from spec file pushd $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_datadir}/hyphen/ pushd $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_datadir}/mythes/
The license-en.txt contains text "or later" hence its GPLv3+ license tag.
