If you increase "BuildRequires:  perl(ExtUtils::MakeMaker) >= 5.16" version
constraint to >= 6.76, you can add NO_PACKLIST=1 argument to perl Makefile.PL
and remove the find command from %install section together with BuildRequires
on coreutils and findutils. Also the "%exclude %{perl_archlib}/perllocal.pod"
should be unnecessary.

I think the "rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT" command is not needed.
