There is also an inconsistent usage of spaces.

At the beginning of it shows:

Name:           libtune
Version:        0.14
Release:        2%{?dist}
Summary:        Library tha

while later
ackage -n tunables-distro-data
Summary:  Distro-dependent tunables database
Group:    System Environment/Libraries
License:        GPLv2

Can you make it use the same exact spacing, please?
