Hello,

I have built the engine now, it requires the following to build succesfully or
the Jpeg headers are not found:

%if 0%{?rhel}
BuildRequires:  libjpeg-devel
%else
BuildRequires:  libjpeg-turbo-devel
%endif

I assume by reading here and by the tags in the spec file (group, %clean, etc)
that you also want to build for el5/el6, so I think libjpeg-devel should be
included.
