Note that a earlier view of this program was submitted for review and closed
after a time period of non-response at #248314. This spec file is based on that
but updated to meet the new licensing guidelines and earlier review. Thanks to
Parag for the pre-review comments.

After a quick glance at your spec, there are 2 things that my packaging does better:

- don't use a vendor prefix for the desktop file

- produce a meaningful debuginfo package

A vendor prefix was added based on an earlier review and a new draft was
proposed to clarify this though it hasn't been ratified yet. I can close this

Vendor prefixes just don't make sense.
