Found issues:
- Not a valid SPDX expression 'BSD'. It seems that you are using the old Fedora license abbreviations. Try `license-fedora2spdx' for converting it to SPDX. Read more: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/SPDX_Licenses_Phase_1 - A package with this name already exists. Please know that there can be false-positives.

--- Comment #4 from Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski dominik@greysector.net --- (In reply to crazysnob from comment #2)
A package, despite orphan, is existing in the repo.
It's retired, not just orphaned. Orphaned packages get retired after 6 weeks in that state.
You can still submit a new review of a retired package if there's a good reason to unretire it.
This is the process: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_...
