Description:
A collection of LV2 plugins including delay, tube distortion, compressor, LPF, HPF, phaser, reverb, and utilities, all featuring GUIs.
It is retired package restore review request. Updated to latest version and made it build again.

1. Not issue, re-review process of retired package.
2. Should add BSD license also and mention that 'waflib' under this license.
3. Switch to HTTPS for URL and Source.
4. Switch to %autosetup macros %autosetup -n mda-lv2-%{version}
Please fix this issues before import. Package approved.
