* Much happier, I discovered that the package:
$ rpm -ql publicsuffix-list /usr/share/publicsuffix/effective_tld_names.dat
which is a much better source for effective_tld_names.dat.
* Also converted to pyproject macros which I could not get to work before.

Much happier, I discovered that the package:
$ rpm -ql publicsuffix-list /usr/share/publicsuffix/effective_tld_names.dat
which is a much better source for effective_tld_names.dat.
- Also converted to pyproject macros which I could not get to work before.
Ignore all above - submitted to wrong place.
