Why do you need to include %{_bindir}/mutter ?, nothing uses mutter binary
directly.

I wanted to stay as close to the mutter spec as possible.

should we really package this? fedora is in the process of phasing out X11 in
favour of wayland, So thispackage is a bit unlikely to get approved

I posted this for Fedora 42 and it's still helpfull there (I still use it)
But I guess if you ignore issues long enough, they at some point are not
relevant anymore.
