Doc subpackage doesn't depend on main package, and so doesn't contain a license file.
Fixed.
[!]: Uses parallel make %{?_smp_mflags} macro.
Note that there would be no point in doing so, as the make invocation just launches sphinx-build. There is only 1 action, hence nothing to parallelize.
