I just got the following result for a package push: cppad>fedpkg push The authenticity of host 'pkgs.fedoraproject.org (38.145.60.17)' can't be established. fedpkg update

I have a package that does its testing during the build process, so I would like to go directly from a successful build to a new release. I did a fedpk update and the package seems to be stuck in testing. How long will this last and is there a way for me to move it from testing to release ?
