Hmm, I think I've got that backwards. If memory serves correctly, first
has been the explicit "0:" in versioned Req/Obs/Prov/Conf to aid RPM
version comparison. The explicit "Epoch: 0" tag has followed later.

Anyway, drop a zero Epoch (and %{epoch} usage) in spec files, if they are
still found.
