I would like to thank everybody for the provided help and especially Jason.
I have received mail saying that I should be part of the packager group.

I will request again the SCM part and I'll keep you posted if something wrong will happen again, hopefully not.

I've no clue, but since somehow that package made it all the way through
the system and was imported.  If sponsorship didn't happen then I've no
idea.  The gwaei package has been retired for some time now.

Anyway, I've fixed things.  (At least I hope I have.)  René, go ahead
and re-raise the fedora-cvs flag and proceed with the process.
