[Fedora-packaging] Add explicit lib dependency in Python package

Hi,

I'm getting this rpmlint error [1] because I'm depending on fuse-libs
in my python-fuse package [2].

explicit-lib-dependency:
You must let rpm find the library dependencies by itself. Do not put unneeded
explicit Requires: tags.

As rpm doesn't catch this dependency, I guess it's ok to declare it
explicitly, isn't it?
