[Fedora-packaging] Problem initializing mock environment

I'm trying to get mock set up on EPEL6, however it fails just trying to
init the chroot.  I've not made any changes to the default configs.

I search the forums and quite a few pages deep into Google and couldn't
find any reference to this issue.
