For packages with files and for Fedora 33+, the %python_provide call can be
removed. For packages without files or on Fedora 32 or on EPEL 7/8 they should

like to suggest a section for scriptlets that can be removed fro spec
files and documentation since when, also if, inform how to deal with
epel 7 and 8 version, even better .
The guidelines are for Fedora, not EPEL. If you want, you can create/update a
