Perl: perl-foo
Python: python-foo
NodeJs (NPM): nodejs-foo
Ruby: rubygem-foo
R: R-foo
PHP: php-foo
Golang:  golang-foo

The prefix pattern "rust-parallel" looks better.

existing name.
