Hi,
I've found that
- gc - gc-devel
in last fedora version has the same version of
- libcord.so - libgc.so - libgccpp.so
is there any reason having more than one version ?

The unversioned .so symlinks go in the devel package; the versioned libraries go in the base package. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Devel_Packages
Looking at the gc packages in F24 and F25, that is exactly the case. I'm not seeing any duplication of files.
