It doesn't implement any codecs.
It only implement borrowed "filters" from avidemux/mplayer/....
Several of the wrapper plugins rely on external stuff like mjpegtools (mp2enc)
and y4m to do the work. Those are not provided by Fedora, however, so what is
their run-time behaviour if the needed requirements aren't installed?
It seems nothing required at run-time.
