PDFlib-Lite license

Hi,
	I am starting the process of submitting grace to extras. One of its 
dependencies is PDFlib-Lite.

	The FAQ of the license is here:

	The license itself is here:

	Is this within the boundaries of extras?

Commercial use is restricted. -1

  I think that I will do as debian, they have pdf support turned off.

Yeah, unfortunately, because of the usage restriction, we can't include
it in Extras.
