Does anybody know how soon there will be a new version
of a kmod-madwifi package for a 2.6.22.1-27.fc7
kernel?

This is far off-topic for this list[1].  It's also not in any official
repositories, so you'll need to ask the folks that package the module
about it.  Livna ships it, AFAIK.  See their mailing list.
